The Journal of Clinical Microbiology (JCM) publishes the most current research related to the laboratory diagnosis of human and animal infections and the role of the laboratory in both the management of infectious diseases and the elucidation of the epidemiology of infections.

 

Members can submit requests to replace missing or damaged print journal issues by sending a message to Member Services at service@asmusa.org. Please include the journal title(s), volume(s), and issue number(s) you are claiming as well as your member number, full name, and mailing address.

Claim Time Frames:

Once delivery begins, claims for print journals must be submitted within the following time frames.

• Claims for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico must be made within 3 months of the mailing date.
• Claims for outside the U.S., Canada, and Mexico must be made within 6 months of the mailing date.
• Missed issues will be replaced one time only free of charge, and a maximum claim of 3 issues per subscriber per year will be accepted for direct ship-to's. All claims exceeding this limit must pay a shipping/handling fee of $35.00 for any claimed issues.
