I did not get an email confirmation after processing my order. Why? Answer: The most likely explanation is that your email address is incorrect. Once you login, click “My Account” at the top of the page, then “Basic Account Information.” Your email address is located after your mailing address. Once you make any changes, click “Update”.
If your email address is correct, you should also know that many SPAM filtering programs could easily mislabel ASM messages as SPAM and, therefore delete or misdirect them.

Why is the “buy” button not appearing next to the membership type I want to purchase? Answer: The red “BUY” button only appears next to qualified pricing based upon your current membership.
